How we use your data
We collect and securely store the following information about you in connection with your use of our website, enquiring about a PSA Academies product, in order to process bookings, manage customer accounts and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services that we think may be of interest to you.
Web data– details of your visits to our site and the resources that you access
Contact details– including name/s, email address, postal address and telephone numbers
Personal information– information pertinent to your booking, that you provide by creating an account and making a booking via our website
Web account username and password– when creating an online account or booking via our website, you will be asked to provide a password so that we can enable you to securely access and update the details of your booking. All passwords are encrypted by our system.
Survey results– we may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you participation is not compulsory
We use these to get in touch with you, to respond to questions, enquiries and bookings.
With your consent, we may also use this information to keep you up to date about our new products and services, or other marketing messages. If you wish to stop receiving marketing messages, you can either unsubscribe using the link in every marketing email we send or contact our support team at sales(at)psaacademies.com.
Once you have registered your information with us, we may contact you by telephone should we have difficulty contacting your by other channels or should we have an urgent enquiry regarding your contact and/or booking.
We will retain all booking information to ensure that we provide both quality customer support and ongoing operational efficiency.
We keep a record of the billing address that you supply to us as part of our fraud prevention checks and for future customer service enquiries, such as ensuring invoices are sent to the correct person/department. If you have paid through a third-party payment provider likePayPal or such other providers available at the time, we will keep a record of your email address and the payment reference. Other payment mechanisms include direct transfer to our bank or by cheque, each of which is recorded in our account by the banking authority. For payments with a credit or debit card, because we use a third-party payment gateway (SagePay) to process our payments, our booking system does not have access to your credit/debit card details other than the last four digits for fraud and customer service reasons. This is in line with PCI regulations and means your credit/debit card security is preserved at all times.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. This is useful for us to personalise your customer experience, ensuring you get the best possible support into the future.
PSA Academies does not perform any profiling or automated decision making, that has any legal or compliance implications for prospective or existing customers.
