Klub Group Ltd trading as PSA Academies will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only disclose the same in the circumstances set out below; and, in accordance with Data Protection legislation in force in England and Wales.  Our company number is 04571433 with our registered offices at 12 Bury Street, Stowmarket IP14 1HA UK. We are the controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.

When you enquire, book or reserve holidays, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card or other payment information. We confirm that this information will be held by us in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner’s office and collected lawfully in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Processing your enquiry or booking;
  • To administer our websites
  • For statistical purposes to improve our websites and our services to you;
  • If you have not objected during the registration process, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you


In the event of an emergency such as your child being taken ill whilst in our care we may share information that you have provided us regarding your child as well as your personal details with members of the emergency services or medical professionals.

The information we collect from you may be stored outside the European Economic Area. It may also be processed by staff outside the EEA who either work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing and/or processing.  We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Please be aware that any transmission of data to our site is at your risk and you are responsible for keeping any personal log in details secure.

If you do not want us to contact you regarding products or services which we feel would be of interest to you then please email sales@psaacademies.com. You should be aware that if any regulatory authority investigating suspected illegal activities asks PSA Academies to provide your personal information, we are entitled to do so.
